If your Gmod crashed upon entering S1/S3 -

First, it was me not being able to shift tab into steam wile playing on garrysmod, then I started crashing slighly, now its full blown instant crash when I try connecting to /any/ server, plus I reinstalled *deleted every file and got all the maps/megapacks* and its still an instant crash, all possible outcomes lead to something conflicting with your content.
