How to save props

So I am having many ideas for business, problem is I don’t know how to save building so I don’t need to go build it every time I come on server. What should I use to save props. Thank you

we have this tool on server but you need advanced tool trust to use it.

Also, the tutorial mentions connecting your props with the weld tool, however, I recommend using no-collide tool instead so you can move the props around individually
