Hello ProfessorYellow. To join the Civil Protection Authority (CCA) One should read through the guides found and get a general bearing on it.

Afterwards, wait until the applications open up and then you can apply by filling out the format. Take note of those who were accepted, and try to follow in their footsteps in terms of depth and professionalism (Harhar.).

If your application and yourself are deemed good and a good Roleplayer, then you'd be accepted. Join on the server, and request CCA flags.
