how do i keep my props from disappearing when i log out?

me and a friend started fresh characters last night, we bought a house and decorated it but after we logged out our props had disappeared, how do we keep them/buy them? (in game credits) also the apartment we bought had re registered after we both logged off, so we have to buy it again.. why is this?

You would need advTT and be able to dupe it. Props don't stay after server restart/crashes unless they are perma'd by an admin.
