How do i get Un-Permanently Banned?

Hey Guys, I have been trying for weeks to get Un-Permanently Banned from "Combine Control" (An Addicting Server)
I was just wondering if anyone could help me, Because i really enjoyed playing/roleplaying with friends, and i had alot of work put into it.

It Says name of character does that mean Username, or The Character i use in the RP?

Then say that where it asks for your character name and just be sure you put your SteamID in, hopefully the banning admin can remember
