How do I craft a Resistance Crossbow?

Grab a crossbow and add a bit if tension to the bow. Now you have resistance.
 
back in my day you had to go buy the schematics yourself from some sketchy scriptwhore in D2, if i'd of known that i coulda just asked on the forums, i'd of done that a long time ago!
 
Maybe you could try getting a crossbow through roleplay?
But if that's your ultimate goal then you should probably re-evaluate why you're here.

Rather than be rude and frank, I'll be truthful and frank.

In regards to your question, we don't really have the recipe lying around on the forums right now- or the other recipes, for that matter. That being said though, some characters do know the recipes to craft stuff (my own character knows the crossbow recipe actually) in character. Try asking around in-game, see if anyone knows. Just don't ask the wrong person, lest your character get in deep trouble/killed (judging by your post count though, you probably already knew that). Anyways, I hope my answer was satisfactory tick, and see you in game. :D

Most recipes are found out (I dislike this phrase) IC'ly. What you'll need to do is ask people.

However, if your character sufficient proof or understanding that they could be able to craft the crossbow IC, then ask an admin. Although you'd likely get denied.
