HL2RP: Giant Flashing Errors

Hi, I am encountering large red flashing error eyesores (You know the ones) when I am in the city 74 server. I have downloaded all of the content packs as well as the maps. I've even gone so far as to reinstall gmod but all to no avail. It isn't anything on the map as I have tried loading it in singleplayer and it had no errors to be seen. It seems to be props that people are spawning but I feel like I've tried everything and would appreciate any help.

Download steampipe on CS:S and Episode 2. This is bound to work but may take a few hours.

It could be certain items bought from the business menu do create errors at present. This is being addressed.
