Help with megapacks

im somewhat new to grays mod and i don't know what to do once i have downloaded all the megapacks.

Slap that stuff into the gmod's root folder, ie the one with the same folder names as the .RAR you've downloaded.

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod

well do i just put the whole folder in there

After unpacking, you'll have this

You need to put all of those folders into your steam/steamapps/YOUR STEAM NAME/garrysmod/garrysmod

Override if requested.
