So I purchased Crysis (not 2 or 3) a while back, and since then I got my new computer, yet without a DVD drive. I have the CD right next to me and the CD key as well.

How can I play the full game without downloading all sorts of shit cracks? Is there any way I can download the game using my CD key submission or something?

Redeeming the product on origin doesn't work (the bitches didn't include crysis 1 for the product redeem option) too

What do I do?

Crysis isn't on steam, it was removed because EA is a shit head.

I'm looking at it right now. Is something going to stop me from buying it if I wanted to?

Well when I try to activate it on steam it says invalid code, stupid.

A new computer without a DVD drive? I mean, I could partially understand not having one for a laptop but.

What? Hasn't DVD been the standard for... decades?

Yeah Zauber I was stupid

And no I dont mr. toe.

gonna get ea support to gimme mah digital copy

That's probably your best option... or just buy a cheap external drive.

P.S. Blame my OCD for the disappearance of my previous post.

Honestly, any sort of optical drive is just obsolete anymore. Never hurts to have one, but it's not that unusual for newer computers to not have one.

That said, if you need it, just go buy one. They're literally like 20 USD. You can pay a bit more and get an external USB drive if you don't want to open your computer case up.

Yes, because the whole world moved already on to USB 3 and broadband internet. Where the HELL are you living.

So I contacted EA support and within a day the "My Games" tab on Origin already included my Crysis, worked surprisingly smooth :D
