Having to delete the cache EVERY time I want to join...

As the title says, I have to delete the gmod cache folder every time I wish to join a TnB server else I will crash apon joining. Whilst a clean install of gmod would most likely fix it without an up to date megapack that's not really an option. Any ideas?
