Reason for ban: Physgunning the world, trying to push other players around with physgun

What would you like to see improved:
I posted a thread here (link) about people physgunning the world, some possible solutions. As for "The Doctor" I slammed him in jail so he couldn't mess with the map anymore, but he was still trying to physgun me with books and cups through his jail bars. Personally I'd suggest either taking away his physgun at the least.

(Server could use a map change or restart by the by.)

I made him fix all the props he minged and phys'd, took him about twenty minutes, with my monitoring.

He gave this statement regarding his malicious prop flinging:

It's not a world physgun, that is impossible. He used spawned props :/

- It has baked on lighting (look at the bottom)
- Different textures for each face
- Isn't highlighted when picked up by the physgun

It's a brush for sure. There's two kinds of brushes: World brushes (static) and Entity brushes (some of these can be moved)

Basically any entity on the server right now can be moved with the physgun (excluding some stuff like prop_statics). It's mostly an issue when people move prop_dynamics and brush entities like this guy, and try to wreck the map.
