GMOD wont install

So I uninstalled gmod because my menu froze up on start-up and i couldnt click anything, and now my install is stuck on 27%

That said... It's possibly steam related. Try the trick of turning it off and on again.

keep pausing the download when time ceases to exist, then press play, repeat process until game is download.

go to steam > settings > downloads and change your download region to something else that's nearby

Try deleting clientlist.blob, that solves a lot of strange steam issues

i just deleted everything in my addon folder but i didnt unsub from all of them before loading in so now its a different problem
