GMOD/Steam issue

Two errors involving GMOD have appeared and are starting to annoy me.

These errors are...

"This game is currently unavailable.
Please try again at another time"

The other error was something like...
"The steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request blah blah"

I've done the following...
-Restarted Steam
-Verified cache
-Added -dev to target
-Restarted PC.
-Deleted .blob files
-Re-installed GMOD

I would say reinstall, really.
No clue what else to do, so a reinstall would be good. Backup your stuff.

Already tried that, still fucked up.
I'm starting to think its a client side error.

Try deleting your 'bin' folder in your Gmod files. Or try running it from the placeholder.

Nevermind, Elf helped me fix it.
He told me to cut out the garrysmod folder, paste it somewhere. Then start GMOD again, and then if it starts up, to put the files back in.

Okay, it keeps randomly breaking. Saying its unavailable, I'm not prepared to keep cutting out the folders.
