GMOD random FPS drop?

After the update, my fps has been dropping at random times.

Like, I'm at 30fps then it randomly drops to 10fps or something like that.
Any ideas to fix this?

No, its mainly multiplayer. Maybe because of all the shit on the server?

That happens to me as well, and I'm running a 660 Ti. Shit happens due to the fact that most of the Dark Dolina props don't have LOD models.

It feels like everyone is running at like 50fps while I'm running at like 10fps. D:
I also lag when I shoot, got a fix for that?

Again, that's probably due to the really laggy smoke and muzzle flash effects that go on.
