Gmod November 2017 Update

For a minority, this update has caused issues with the launcher.dll file in Gmod's bin folder. There's no way to solve it right now without deleting literally every single file pertaining to Gmod and redownloading it with a new download region set.

So, for anyone wondering why Gmod won't work suddenly, it's because of this update. We're waiting on a hotfix.
