GMod Crashing

Well yeah my problem is GMod keeps crashing, BUT NOT WHEN I JOIN. After an undeterminated amount of time (can be hours, minutes, seconds) playing on S1/S2/S3/S4 my game crashes. Today, in the Silent Hill Event, I crashesd thrice and I didn't want to join again. So, got any fixes? By the way, my PC's very good so I don't think it's a hardware problem.

Delete the hlf2.exe, reinstall Gmod, the problem probably lies in that thing.
