GMod crashing on SRP Joinup.

So this shit has constantly always happened to me, I've tried tons of fixes, and I know it can be fixed because people have fixed it but yet it pisses me off because I apparently have a rare case where it ONLY occurs on SRP when I go to join. It gets all the way to the last bar of Retrieving Server Info and then stays there for five to ten minutes just loading then crashes giving me four different errors, mostly "memory could not be read" and CMeshDX8 type shit. also Ran out of Cache Mem I believe it is? It just picks one of the four out of random and slaps it in my face. It's starting to make me want to do this...

means you don't have enough memory to process everything, i had that problem untill i brought 16 gb memory sticks

yeah thats very likely related to not having enough ram/using up too much outside of gmod

it only happening on srp is probably related to the fact that both the maps(most of them) and the script arent exactly well-optimized

well, i've been trying alot of things, but i'm starting to make progress, i'm getting it to stay and work now, just turned off all my background programs, well a few anyways, gonna try and get rid of alot of it this attempt, hopefully it works.

you could always upgrade your RAM and not have to worry about anything being open, its not very expensive(i paid around $40 for 8gb quite some time ago)

Hmm, mind recommending any specific RAM to buy? I can get 40$ easily.
