Getting errors for custom models in the server randomly.

Howdy ho. Sometimes when I join the server I manage to get Error signs for character models I've previously seen before. Also on that, if there is one, could someone give me a link to the new donator models workshop post? Couldn't find it. Simply restarting Gmod seems to fix the errors issue but surely there has to be a way around it that doesn't involve restarting every second or third time I switch servers.
