Okay, my game started acting weirdly after I installed the rp_garbage content. I have no idea why but I'm pretty sure that I installed the content right. At first, I thought that it might have something to do with DirectX, as I've been running Gmod on dxlevel 8.1 but after I changed it back to 9, nothing really changed.
