game freezing on s1

hey so whenever i connect onto s1 i can move about and everything, but about a minute or so in i'll freeze as if the server's crashing or i have a bad internet connection, but neither of those things is the cause. it's happened for the past two weeks or so and i'm not sure why, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling gmod, deleting old addons and whatever.

any tips/solutions/advice is greatly appriciated!

I'd install just the basic addons first so, all the tnb pack stuff, T6, and T6 content. Then see if it still crashes.

id think that it’s t6 that’s messing you up but it’s been a few weeks hmmm i want to say to check your drivers to see if they’re updated, some maps trip up my drivers (Pripyat was hell) and I have to watch what I have in the background
