Freezing while trying to join server

So I was trying to join the TRP server and I spawned, selected my character and froze while spawning and crashed. I restarted Gmod and tried joining the server but now all I do is freeze while I'm done dowloading content or freeze while retrieving server info.

I honestly don't know whats wrong. I can join any other server, I can load up single player, and I can load up any other game. I just freeze while trying to join TRP.

Here are my specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
4 GB RAM
Windows 7 32-bit
Nvidia 9800 GT Graphics card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already deleted my gmod folder, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Thanks.

Load the map in singleplayer, then join the server.
