Fraps sound issue (not mic.)

When I record something in fraps, and then view it afterwards the sound (not mic sound, that's good.) sounds hollow-ish and low quality, I can only choose multichannel and stereo. Any ideas?

Make sure you don't have 'Record external input' selected.

Ofcourse, Thank you. I'll test that next time, I do need to have that selected If I want to use mic, don't I?

Yeah external input for mic, win7 sound for your computer's output stuffs.
