When on certain areas of the map, it's this one little patch of the map, my console gets fucking destroyed by these errors and my fps drops to 3, ping increases to like 300 from ~70 too.

My best guess is that the map isn't finished or polished up to the point of perfection or decency? Just here to let people know what it is and work on it from there?

It's the old C18 canals map. It's been done for years. The issue seems to be with people using industrial_17 props in a map where the props don't exist.
