forums slower than molasses

Hi. My forums are broken. Whenever I try and do anything, from rate a post, to make a post, to load up a new page, it takes half a century. Sometimes when I try and open a new page, it just directs me to the homepage.

When I rate a post it takes upwards of thirty seconds for it to go through and more often then not I some nifty little error. Using the forums for something that should take a quick second winds up taking five to seven minutes. This is a pain in the ass and I can't figure out why it's been doing this today. This is the error that shows up.

You have too many tabs open try having only 1 or 2

It's fixed again. Opening more tabs seemed to work.
