[FIXED] stream radio & playurl broken?

ok, so i've hit a wall with trying to fix this and i need some help because it's so annoying and i love music in my roleplay...

-basically, i can't hear 1/2 of what goes through the streamradio & playurl links unless it's directly from discord
-i can't access files.catbox but i can make them, but i have my malwarebytes allowing the website & the files but i still can't hear anything
-i was able to hear music from bennet's personal hosting service during the thing, but that was really it
-i'm subscribed to the gmod workshop files for streamradio
-help

if anyone can help me with this, i'd be in your debt

I know some people had this issue in the past. I think it was nec ? I don't remember what he did to fix it, though.

I went to google in search of the error code that comes up. A quick fix was to see if your computer’s (for whatever reason) time is off slightly, or the date is different. But the rest of the fixes on the article were multi-step and the best I could do is link you to the article.

okay, i'm pretty sure i figured it out now like 95%

my internet provider has a built-in advanced security feature that was blocking catbox.moe & other providers like that - disabling it makes everything work again
