In all seriousness, Fallout is actually a fun setting for RP, but why limit yourselves to NV? There's plenty other options out there. Cascadia, Texas etc.

While I am semi retired from Gmod RP until you believe in a god that satisfies, I would be happy to spend some time brainstorming with you on a setting, overall arc that works for folk etc.
