Extremely long loading screens on Gmod when joining any RP server.

This has been going on for some time and it mostly happens when I join SRP and TRP, It gets to Sending Client Info and then doesn't respond and if I'm lucky after a very long time it may get me in. Help?

Usually Results in a "Lost Connection" Just Disconnect and Rejoin.

That sometimes happens to me.
It can't be helped as far as I know. As OneFurry said, just disconnect and reconnect

Results in Timed Out if it gets there.

Define "extremely long". How much time does it actually take you to join, more or less?

Around 5-10 mins.
