Errors everywhere

So, I recently reset my entire computer.
Now I have all these errors everywhere that were not there before.

Now, I don't have Half-Life, 1, 2, or any of the episodes. (Judge me, Im broke as fucccck)
I downloaded all the files from CSCHEATER or whatever that site is, Followed the same guide I did when I did all this before..
Yet it doesn't work, No matter what I do.
I have the files in the correct spot.. I believe..

I can't "mount" the game, on the main screen, The controller on the bottom right.
I have tried literally everything, I'm not too great with computers.
I'd just break down and buy the games, But literally all my funds are tied up for the next few months, I got accepted into the CCA, but I cant be patrolling with HUGE ERRORS everywhere.

Any help would be super appreciated, Really.

oh, those kind of errors
yeah i think those are something to do with combinecontrol, i used to get them randomly for absolutely no reason
they might wear off after a while

Every now and then my mug textures vanish, as well as the models to random props around the city. Sometimes it fixes itself and I have no idea why.

Otherwise, try another fresh reinstall, verify the game cache, drop some useless addons maybe, etc.

If I can help, there is a mod that removes the errors, you won't see the prop, but hey at least you won't see those pesky BIG RED ERRORS, that cause me to lose some frames

I feel like I need some of the errors though.. Gah, Oh well, Whats the mod?

I had those two and like said as soon as I just got used to them, they literally disappeared.

maybe torrent the gcf's and slap 'em in your steam directory

this is an issue when switching between s1 and s2, its fixed by restarting gmod
