Engine error when joining Trp or HL2RP

This happend to me infinite times, And everytime I have to reinstall my gmod and it gets annoying. Well it's happening again and it just either says ''Can't load lump 8, allocation of 18435109 bytes failed!!!'' or ''hl2 exe has stopped working''.

Any solution will be really helpful, Im so sad. :(

try defragging and verifying if you haven't so already. maybe a fresh installation of steam perhaps.

Happened to me close to 4 times already. Gonna try to defrag and verify

Ugh. Still says the same thing, Guess im gonna have to reinstall it, Let's say this is the 100,000th time.

Try and run the map in SP, first.

Run Gmod in single player and then connect to the server. This usually works for me.

Well, It didnt work for rp_apocolypse but it did work for salvation soo, Thanks guys it works, Had to reinstall it anyways due to the broken rp_toggleholster
