There's a dog barking as a soundscape on Indust_17 whenever you enter the sewers of the map. No matter how many times you type in stopsound in console, it keeps happening. This happened during the C74 iteration of HL2RP and was easily fixed but nobody seems to remember how.

If someone remembers how, please post.
 
I believe this is caused by a random file in the 'scripts' folder. I just deleted the entire folder on Dave's recommendation and never heard the dogs again.
 
It's from SRP files if I remember correctly.
 
Yep, it was. Deleted the script folder and it's all good.
