Disconnecting automatically.

I tried joining S1 just about a hour ago. As soon as I got in it disconnected me, I couldn't even move. I was stuck in place. I joined again, it did the same thing. After awhile I restarted Gmod, did the same thing. Then, I restarted steam. THE SAME THING. It's NEVER done this before. At one point I couldn't even get on the server.

Sometimes when I join the server, I get a rubberbanding issue that prevents me from playing. If I try to move, it'll jerk the screen and then my visuals will move me forward to where I would be. I think it's a mixture of my internet and the server having been up for too long, but it tends to go away after a few minutes. I usually just alt+tab and do other stuff and it'll be fixed when I check back.
