Disconnect: 23 Reliable Channel Overflow Problem

I'm not sure if it's a problem on my side, but every time I join the server my ping springs up to 700 ping for some off reason and disconnects me, replying with the following message.

Disconnect: 23 Reliable Channel Overflow.

Did my research on it but was unsuccessful.

An answer would be appreciated as soon as possible.

sounds like an overflow disconnect problem with your reliable channel

I used to have this problem now and then on my old laptop (especially on tnb_coast in particular for some reason), I got a new computer and I've never seen it since.

Try deleting addons/reinstalling gmod and see what happens.

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\downloads


Just replace D:\SteamLib with whatever your steam dir is. Delete the shit in those folders and see if it continues to happen.
Also maintain your addons better too.
