Different Programs through Different Speakers

I have two monitors and I like to use my second monitor for media. (Youtube/TV/background stuff), but I want the audio from that monitor to play through a set of speakers, while my main monitor I want to play through my headset.

Is this possible? I've messed around with programs but I can't quite get anything to work properly.

you should be able to do it by opening up the panel of audio stuff

Windows 10?

Right click the speaker options. Sound Settings. Bottom of the page App volume and device preferences. Should be able to change there.
