Google it, that's what I do when i find there's a problem with any game.

Also, have you tried Verifi or Defrag? Sometimes that fixes it too.

i recently reinstalled windows and this version can't go on steam if u get my drift

I never said none of them work. I said the fact that he has one is probably why it isn't working. Which means his version is bad, lol.
