Couple of questions about ban appeals, etc.

Basically, I was banned perma while in curiosity I was looking for the "foodstand" prop, I couldn't find it and decided to look around "HL2 Vehicles." I spawned in a car while a CP simultaneously walked by meaning the vehicle fell ontop of the CP but nor did it harm the CP or kill him/her.

So right after I was banned, I immediately messaged thor telling him what happened because I figured that's why I was banned, he replied with this.

But right after I made my appeal, so EVIDENTLY anyone would have guessed, why don't I make another appeal incase any other admins would like to give me another chance about my screw up, then you'll seen in my following SS I was unbanned.

Hoo-ray, I thought for those hours someone gave me the benefit of the doubt. While roleplaying I instantly get kicked, message: "You're supposed to be banned." from steve.. attempting to log back on I was perma banned then messaged steve saying "I was unbanned etc blah blah." Show him the topic but he replies with :/

Yes, he's the Dev and he knows what he's doing that's why he banned me. I'm utterly confused and I'm pretty much don't know what to do, so these are my questions.

If my original appeals was declined what do I do?

Does the person who banned you necessarily has to decide if you are banned or not unbanned?

Lastly but not least.

Why wasn't it valid? The admin unbanned me and that's it, it was pretty justified.

He did, but if you look at the screenshot where he says "appeals don't work like that." Was responding to where I told him "I was unbanned by another admin."

Chances are he didn't look at whatever links you sent him and just assumed things.

The older ban appeal where Thor responded was exactly the same as the recent one. I only posted a new one because he wouldn't give me a chance, if you saw the earlier screenshot "tell another admin to unban you." Thats the reason why I posted a new appeal.. But I'm hella confused.

that's not how it works, pal, you don't get to keep making appeals until you find an admin who doesn't know the whole story

The guy was permanently banned for accidentally spawning a car ontop of some guy who didn't even die from it. (as if it mattered if he did)

I don't see why he shouldn't make another one. He was let back by Xari.

You spawned a prop and tried dropping it on someone's head, and when it didn't kill them you deleted it and spawned a bigger prop. This was after you had just been unbanned, and as soon as you were unbanned a second time there was already another ban request up on you. I really don't know what it is with your desperation to keep doing really stupid shit, but like I said when I locked your first appeal, that's the end of it. You're banned, and you're staying banned.

First of all, even if what you all said was true why should I receive a fucking perma ban? Hm? People have done shit worse than me, and most they receive is a week ban. Punch whoring like 10 people = 1-3 day ban.. Yet for spawning in a car and apparently slamming it around a cca is a perma ban? I never received a warning, not a single person telling me to stop when all I did was out of curiosity, I never did it to kill/harm someone And NO ONE, I REPEAT N-O O-N-E GOT HARMED.
