Client (Random Number) Overflowed Reliable Channel

This error keeps coming up every time I try to join the server. It dowloads the map and checks my files and I usually can see the game for a split second before it kicks me out and gives me this message.I have tried reinstalling and verify the game cache but nothing has worked.
