City Administrator PropKilling & Destroying my script

One day I joined TnB and prepared for my daily dose of ebola, little did I know, people have grown mingey'r than the last time I visited.
A City Administrator by the name of "Geraldo Idna" decided to prop-kill me while I had my swep out. Now I failed to screenshot the occasion, I have a witness. Aswell I have proof (In ScreenShots) of him destroying the swep he so unkindly stole from me.

Geraldo so kindly provided me with a steamid, I have not confirmed the authenticity of it, but I'm sure you have his ID on record

The lost item was HK SOCOM Silenced, I retrieved this through RP, and I cannoth fathom why someone, who holds a prestigeous position in the server decides to RDM me and PropKill me.

I was the unit in the quotes, I'm afraid I now have to explain this. No, he wasn't being annoying, and no, we weren't rp'ing, nor was he really being disruptive, there were like 10 people on and we were out front of the nexus talking LOOC scripts. I highly doubt anyone's immersion was absolutely shattered and ruined for the night. When I said "DO IT GERALDO, NOW." I was definitely encouraging the propkill purely in fun, but not the stealing of the firearm permanently. Was a little disappointed with the situation because there wasn't really a reason for it to escalate to needing a thread. The script should've been returned. All in all I'm on his side, he didn't do anything wrong other than ask to test a script out, which he never even got a chance to do since he was promptly prop-killed. I was there, I witnessed all of it.

Do you have the rest of their conversation (or is that all they had)? It's kind of unfair to judge someone based on a snip of information when the rest of the conversation is unknown.
