I've been inactive for a few months and wanted to come back, but my character Alexander 'Osprey' is stuck on the Coast. I'm just looking for a character move to S2 if that's possible. I'm not too familiar with the proper channels to send this request through so I'm posting it here.

Servers were up last night, and I'm fairly certain you can still use the transition from those servers to S2, just you can't use the transitions from S2->S3/4.
If they are still up you should be able to do it manually, considering the servers aren't locked.
(As of this post the front page says they are up).
