I'll keep this short. It's my first time play here and when i join Coast there's the newbiequiz, but i can't finish it because in like 5 seconds i start to join another server that i can't even join.

You have to join the city server first as that is the only one you are allowed to create characters on.

Then do the newbie quiz and create a character.
