Can't join S:RP.

Hey guys, Can't join S:RP for some reason. It says "Server not responding." I have tried connecting through console and through SF from people playing it, and I cannot play through all three. It isn't showing up in the browser either.

Could someone tell me how I can connect? Or why I can't?
