Can't connect to the City Server.

Do you get the error cod with a bunch of random symbols?
Either way, try these few solutions, not guaranteed they will work though.
1) Go to Steam Library, right click on Gmod and go to properties, then under one of the tabs is verify game cache. Do that
2) Go into Gmod, go into the addons menu, and disable all. Now restart Gmod and try to join the city.
Those solutions fix a variety of problems, but if neither work I don't really know what to tell ya.
