Reason for ban:
The guy joined as a relatively new player, showed some promise, got my hopes up, then immediately did a 180 and turned into an s2k driven script fiend who mocks roleplayers on the forums for the effort they put in. What's he contributing to the community at large? He's lied on several occasions to try and get out of a PK, then a ban, and who knows how many other instances, and overall has been rapidly deteriorating as a writer and member of the community.

What would you like to see improved:
The guy needs an enforced vacation to understand that this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable on any level. He lies, cheats, and acts like he's got a position from which to criticize or make fun of 8+ year veterans who put more effort into individual emotes than he's put in to anything during the entire length of his stay here.
A week? A month? I don't know. Something's gotta wake him up.
