AMD Phenom X6 is what I got, it runs like a dream.

I use an Intel 2 Quad. Runs like a charm for me. Never had problems with it. It'll run you about 100 euros give or take.

Then again I use an Nvidia 560 for graphics.

Got a P5W DH Deluxe mother board along with an E660 processor

Gotta learn to read bud.

He has to change both anyway, his mobo is irrelevant at this stage.
