Blank Screen

Hey,

When joining the game I have a blank screen issue; after I've selected my character the screen stays darken and I can barely see anything. I've asked nicely on the OOC chat for help, but no one has offered a solution. I assume it a lua error, because if I go into console/menu the in-game footage in the background appears normal but when I go back I have the same issue. Anyone got any fixes?

use lua_run_cl CreateCharacterWindow() in console.

Tried that already, it says the function doesn't exist so I assumed it was name of panel for a old version of TS.

Even after renaming the gmod folder and trying it with a clean install, I still have this issue. Nothing logs imply it lua or render error, apart from the typical map errors. Any help?
