I was waiting for someone in an area citizens are not allowed to go. I was looking for a piece of paper to see if he left me there, or told me to go elsewhere. I did not find it, but I saw two CP's down below me. I wasn't sure if they saw me, so I moved around behind them ( I was on a catwalk ), and their heads followed me.

They ran for the elevator, so I ran the opposite way, not wanting to be detained. I run down the apartments, and I see someone by the name of Emiliano Dominico standing by the CWU building across the road. I run over and ask him for help, and he says, "Fuck off."

Noticing a CP following me, I reply, "Haha." So as not to alert him. He starts walking toward me, so I walk around him. Then he follows me, So I ask him if he needs me. The both start saying "Haha," so I make a joke in LOOC. They then start Punchwhoring me and benway kills me randomly.

I walk back over to Emiliano in the next life and OOCLY ask him why he killed me. He starts getting pissy and then proceeds to punchwhore me again. He walks away, and I go into Nexus, looking for an admin, but find Emiliano instead. He and some other guy start punchwhoring me and then stop as I defend myself. They said in OOC "Nice punchwhore, Hart". I am aware of their intentions so I stop, and shortly after I get a kick for "Punchwhore," When I was only defending myself. benway the guy is the one who kicked me, at that. He is the one who RDMed me, and he kicks me for defending myself.

Well this seems...Rather strange. I'm going to make a slight assumption and say they were possibly in TS and just messing around? Still no excuse for the pointless and purely random RDM rather than roleplay. I'd say they deserve a ban personally, but I dunno'. I feel like there is more to this story than I'm seeing.
 
hello, im emiliano btw and no i didnt shoot you, the only thing i did was punch you twice and toss a mincy 'stop punchwhoring' in ooc as a joke, didnt expect for you to get kicked

generally when you see someone shift w+ing on the pipes just above plaza, nine times out of ten theyre just minging about, im sorry you took me jabbing at you seriously
 
This guy is making it out that Pew and Benway were the only ones punchwhoring, yet I recall my good buddy burrito here was punching them too? So if these CRIMINALS get banned, then so should this guy.
 
It's likely that no admins were on then. If there were, they were probably busy.
I don't think any bans need to be given here, just a warning to both sides.
 
I was on, however - I didn't recall any reports, probably because I was switching from S2, to S1 every thirty minutes or so to keep tabs on both servers.

However, immature behavior was showcased on both sides, and I don't condone any of it.

I don't really see any punishment other than a warning to fit this case, that's my side of it.

If you really want to pursue this case, Burrito, I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.

My bad.

Still though, it was probably just some TS fuckery and this poor guy got caught in it. Just a little warning not to do it again when people are roleplaying or at all.
