Tbh prowler is a cool dude who I know not to break the rules on a regular basis, and like he said, he places the items in stashes, which places them back in circulation for trade.
 
This is harmless, he used them to make a event with them.

Which is fine by me.

Don't wipe his characters, or ban him.
 
I guess the logs will prove that, obviously we're not taking any action until the evidence is concrete.

I don't believe Stealthy was being malicious in any way when doing this. He's been a good guy the past couple of months through and through.
 
From the information provided in this thread by the accuser, and the information the accused proposed my opinion is floating towards we don't do anything and let the angry Europeans play with their balls on some other thread.
