nope, brim kicked him and he didn't come back on

He just kinda fucked around for like 10 minutes before he got kicked. He didn't really disturb anyone's roleplay, he just fucked with the people who were literally standing still on the sidewalk. Atleast I saw. He was kicked and didn't come back to do it again. I just don't think he should be banned for this, maybe let him do something worse.
