Looks like I placed it. I typically try to include a reason for the ban but it seems like I left this one blank by accident, so we're left with guesswork to discern.

Typically shoutbox bans have been done because people were attempting to instigate or were being overly weird & just talking about jerking eachother or w/e. Keep clear from those and I think we can consider this appealed.
