Bad water texture

So my water texture is screwed up that it shows this below water:

and this above:

Had this before.
I don't remember how I fixed this.

Theres a fix on gmod.org somewhere, search up water fix or something.

I believe I had this issue a long time ago, back when I ran gmod in directx 8.
