Add maps to fast download

I'm sure you have the bandwidth to spare, please do this.

Downloading maps from the server would take like, an hour. Most of the main ones are in the 100mb region.

I meant using fast download, not letting the server download it. It shouldn't take nearly that long if you set it up right. When compressed properly gm_atomic is only 62mb, about half of its normal 118mb size. The materials it uses is only a few kb so that is a non-issue.
